Part of this is my fault because I have not had time to contact the seller as they close before I am home at night.
I cannot get this thing to work. The directions are hard to read, but I followed them to the best of my ability.
There is a strainer thing in it that makes no sense at all. I put it inside the way it appears to belong, and it gets stuck halfway down. I turn it upside down, and it doesn't get stuck, but it stays halfway down the container.
I have tried multiple times to get this thing to work, but the pH does not change or only changes .1. I am wondering if maybe my product is defective. I don't use it.
Also, it is very small. It doesn't hold much water or I would use it as a water bottle to at least get my money's worth out of it.
The box it comes in is overkill--ditch the box and lower the price.
